How the Builder Thinks

Service Design First. PBX Configuration Second.

The same Triton service is configured differently on each PBX. The builder keeps Triton's region order fixed while translating that design into the selected platform.

1

Choose Standard, HA2 or HA3

Standard creates one trunk. HA2 creates Dallas and Chicago. HA3 creates Dallas, Chicago and Los Angeles.

Build Every Required Trunk

Each Triton switch gets its own PBX trunk, gateway, endpoint or provider object as required by the selected platform.

Validate the Full Call Path

Test signaling, audio, DTMF, caller ID, both hangup directions and actual failover before considering the deployment complete.
