CPNI Policy

Protection of customer proprietary network information associated with telecommunications services

What Is CPNI?

CPNI may include service type, destination, location, configuration, amount, usage, and call frequency, duration and timing available because of the customer-provider relationship.

Permitted Uses

Triton may use CPNI to provide and bill for service, protect customers and networks, respond to customer requests, support related services as permitted and comply with law.

Authorization and Choices

Where authorization is required, Triton will use a method permitted by applicable rules. Customers may ask about applicable CPNI preferences, subject to verification.

Account Authentication

Triton may require portal authentication, passcodes, verified contacts, business documentation or other account-specific information before disclosure or changes.

Disclosure

CPNI may be disclosed with valid authorization, to agents and vendors acting for Triton under restrictions, or as otherwise permitted or required.

Safeguards

Triton maintains administrative and technical safeguards addressing access controls, personnel procedures, vendor requirements, complaints, incidents and applicable certification obligations.

Unauthorized Access

Triton will investigate suspected unauthorized access and provide notices or reports when required.
