Triton uses third parties for infrastructure, communications, support, analytics, billing and business functions. The final list must come from the current vendor inventory.
Provider Categories
- Cloud hosting and datacenters.
- Voice, SMS, DID, E911 and telecom carriers.
- Fax-processing providers.
- Payment and billing providers.
- Email and notification providers.
- Support, ticketing and scheduling tools.
- Analytics tools.
- AI providers.
- Identity, fraud and KYC providers.
Data Categories
Providers may process account, contact, billing, IP, device, telecom usage, message, fax, support or verification information depending on the service.
Vendor Review
Maintain contracts, confidentiality, security review and data-processing terms appropriate to each provider and risk.
Updates
Update the public page when significant subprocessors change. A DPA may be available for eligible enterprise customers.
