Terms of Service

General terms governing Triton websites, portals and communications services

Effective: August 3, 2026Last updated: August 3, 2026

Scope and Agreement

These Terms apply unless a signed Master Services Agreement, order form or service schedule states otherwise. Signed documents control when they address the same subject.

Business Use and Eligibility

Services are intended primarily for lawful business, organizational, MSP and reseller use. Triton may require identity, ownership, payment and traffic-profile information before activation.

  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Do not transfer or share accounts without authorization.
  • Live calling and promotional credit may require manual approval.

Orders and Activation

Orders are subject to availability, compatibility, funding, KYC review and fraud controls. A submitted order is not a guarantee of activation.

Charges and Funding

Customers are responsible for applicable usage, recurring charges, taxes, regulatory fees and amounts shown in orders or rate schedules. Promotional credits may be restricted or revoked for misuse.

Suspension and Termination

Triton may block traffic, restrict destinations or suspend service for nonpayment, fraud risk, unlawful activity, security concerns, breach or regulatory requirements.

Telephone Numbers and Portability

Numbers are assigned for use with the service and are not owned by the customer. Eligible numbers may be ported subject to applicable requirements and account standing.

Customer Equipment and Internet

Customers are responsible for compatible PBXs, phones, fax equipment, local networks, power, Internet connectivity and configurations not expressly managed by Triton.

Service Availability

Services may be interrupted by maintenance, power, Internet, customer equipment, upstream providers, emergency conditions or events outside Triton’s reasonable control.

Fraud and Unauthorized Use

Customers must protect credentials, devices and networks and promptly report suspected fraud. Triton may impose limits, blocks or deposits based on traffic risk.

Disclaimers and Liability

Additional warranty, liability, indemnification, force-majeure and dispute provisions may be contained in the applicable Master Services Agreement, service schedule or order form. When those documents address the same subject, the signed agreement controls.

Reseller Responsibilities

Resellers are responsible for identifying downstream customers, lawful marketing, consent, support roles and preventing prohibited traffic.

Other Policies

The Acceptable Use, Privacy, CPNI, E911, Messaging and Service Availability policies are incorporated where applicable.

Governing Law and Disputes

Additional governing-law, venue, arbitration and dispute provisions may be contained in the applicable Master Services Agreement, service schedule or order form. When those documents address the same subject, the signed agreement controls.
