Consent, content, registration, delivery and opt-out requirements for messaging services

Sender Identification and Disclosures

Signup flows and messages should identify the sender, describe the program, disclose frequency, state that message and data rates may apply, and provide HELP and STOP instructions where appropriate.

Opt-Out and Revocation

Customers must promptly honor valid opt-out or consent-revocation requests, including recognized keywords and other reasonable methods required by law or carrier rules.

Contact Lists

Purchased, rented, scraped, harvested or improperly shared lists are prohibited. Maintain evidence of consent.

10DLC and Toll-Free Verification

Provide accurate brand, campaign, use-case, sample-message, consent and opt-out information. Approval is not guaranteed.

Prohibited Content

Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, malicious or carrier-prohibited content is not permitted.

Carrier Filtering and Delivery

Carriers may filter, delay, reject or limit messages. Delivery is not guaranteed to every recipient or network.

Complaints and Opt-Out Rates

Triton may restrict a campaign for complaints, high opt-out rates, inaccurate registration, consent concerns or carrier enforcement.

Records and Retention

Customers must retain consent, campaign and opt-out records as required. Triton may retain records for delivery, billing, support, fraud prevention and compliance.

Mobile Information

Mobile numbers and consent records may not be shared for unrelated marketing. Final language must match actual practices.
