How Triton handles information through websites, portals, applications and services

Scope

This Policy applies to Triton Communications and service brands including Triton Telephone, eFaxify and Text Alerting, except where a service-specific notice applies.

Information Collected

  • Website, cookie, browser, device, IP and analytics information.
  • Account, contact, billing, ownership, KYC and verification information.
  • Service configuration, phone numbers, IP addresses, device identifiers and portal activity.
  • Call-detail and telecommunications usage information.
  • Fax metadata and documents when needed to provide fax service.
  • SMS campaign, contact, consent, opt-out, delivery and message information.
  • Support, chat, AI-assistant and scheduling information.

How Information Is Used

  • Provide, bill, secure and support services.
  • Verify identity, business purpose and account eligibility.
  • Detect fraud, abuse and network threats.
  • Process DIDs, ports, E911 and messaging registrations.
  • Improve portals and support.
  • Comply with law and carrier requirements.

Disclosures

Information may be shared with providers necessary to host, bill, deliver, secure and support services, and when required by law or to protect customers, networks or the public.

Sale and Targeted Advertising

Triton does not sell personal information or mobile information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

Information is retained as reasonably necessary for service, billing, disputes, fraud prevention, legal compliance, porting, CPNI and legitimate business needs.

Security

Triton uses safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No system is completely secure.

Privacy Rights

Applicable rights may include access, correction, deletion or disclosure information, subject to identity verification and legal, telecom, security and retention exceptions.

Cookies and Services

Triton websites use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Triton AI chat service for analytics, website performance, user assistance and service improvement. Scheduling tools may be used when a visitor chooses to schedule a meeting or demonstration.

Children

Services are intended for businesses and organizations and are not directed to children under 13.

The Policy may be updated as practices or requirements change. Effective and updated dates appear above.
